Dezignz By Shea does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our store.

Inspect all details: Please inspect all items of your order carefully before purchasing them. All of our items are hand-made and made to order. All items are hand crafted and not mass produced in a factory or warehouse so there may be minor a flaws which is possible but not probable. We provide quality merchandise at reason prices and it is my duty to ensure that each and every customer is given a 5-star treatment.
If there is a problem with your order once it has been received. Please contact us within 24-48 hours because CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our specialty and always our priority! Items that are arrived damaged from USPS will be replaced if contacted and submit proof of any shipping damages ONLY WITHIN 24-48 HOURS of delivery.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?- YOU MIGHT ASK....

Because our items are made to order and tailored for each customer and order.

To entertain any kind of returns we would have to incur at least 30% additional cost, which means we will have to pass the cost back to you our customer and we never want you to pay for an extra expense. Instead we ask you to make sure you are buying the product you are going to keep and use.
